What the app does

DashCam Viewer connects to a compatible car dash cam over the camera's own local Wi‑Fi hotspot (typically http://192.168.0.1) to let you list, play, and download your own recordings. It is an unofficial utility and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any dash cam manufacturer.

Data we collect

None. The app has no account system, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. We do not operate any server that receives your data.

We do not collect personal information.
We do not send your videos, photos, or device information anywhere.
Your recordings are read directly from the dash cam and remain on the camera's SD card and/or the copies you choose to download to your own phone.

Permissions
